When will my order Ship?
Your order is estimated to ship within 3-8 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Once packaged and out of our hands, shipping should be fairly quick. About 3-5 business days depending on where in the USA you live.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
We do accept exchanges! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to FIRST: return the item you have, and SECOND: once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What is your Return Policy?
We want this to be a (Hello!) Happy process, and one that you don't dread. We get it.
We have a 30 day return policy, which means we gladly accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, and you as a customer have 30 days after recieving your item to request a return.

When will I receive my Refund?
Once returned packages are received, your item(s) will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you’ve requested a refund for your order (rather than store credit), the refund will be issued to your original form of payment equal to the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
What if my item is damaged?
That's never good! We strive to make sure your item is top notch before sending it, but understand that sometimes things happen out of our control.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
